Who we are
Our founder and principal trainer, Deborah Keep, is a fully certified Master Practitioner, Master Coach and Trainer of NLP, accredited by world renowned Tad & Adriana James, along with one of the oldest boards for NLP, the American Board of Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
She has a strong background in training and teaching, having spent 8 years as the Management Development Trainer and Director in a leading international sales company, where she created, developed and conducted tailor made courses at all levels of management.
During these 8 years she spent 50% of her time training in offices in all regions of the world and to employees of many different cultures and languages. NLP was incorporated into each training course, resulting in greatly improved and tangible results within the sales environment.
Her combined experience as a trainer, (she is CiPD qualified - the UK Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) along with stints in sales and teaching, (she taught English as a foreign language in Italy and Japan and was also a recruitment consultant), all contribute to her dynamic and inspiring delivery style, her unique understanding of people development, their motivators and learning styles, and how to get the best out of everyone.
She is based in Sydney and frequently travels interstate. She loves NLP because of the instant transformation it offers, it's insanely simplistic application, and the fact that once learnt, anyone can use it at any time in any circumstance. She favours a practical and hands-on approach as opposed to a philosophical one, and her ultimate goal is for her clients to improve their results and increase their success straight away, which can be done with NLP.
She lives in Sydney with her husband and two small boys, and founded Keep NLP so that she could focus on NLP training and development with as many people and businesses as possible. She has an extensive network of fellow Certified NLP trainers who she collaborates with.
Deborah is an active member and lender of Kiva, an organisation that emodies all that NLP is about - belief, focus and creating positive empowered change for the better.
